West Gore Overview
The West Gore Property consists of four (4) Exploration Licenses (EL) comprising 585 hectares located in Hants County Nova Scotia, Canada. These exploration licenses cover the southern portion of the past-producing West Gore Sb-Au mine, which operated in the late 1920’s primarily for the extraction of antimony (stibnite) ore. Activity on the site left behind waste rock dumps. Today these dumps have been found to contain up to 570 tonnes of antimony and 2,500 ounces of gold. Battery Elements intend to take advantage of this material to generate almost immediate cash-flow. Contiguous to the processing of the historic rock dumps, the Company is conducting rock chip, trenching, geophysics and targeted drilling to determine and further define future mining activities.
Prior to listing on 28 June 2021, Molten Metals (formerly Battery Elements) optioned the neighboring property to West Gore, essentially granting Molten Metals full see it here control over the entire property as well as the rights to process all historic dumps which straddled both West Gore and its neighbour.
