40 mineral claims (~20 km²) optioned 100% in October 2024 from arm's-length vendors. Mafic volcanic host rocks of the Val d'Or volcanic complex intruded by a composite diorite-granodiorite stock, with regional-scale faults converging across the western claims.
Approximately 1,065 hectares in the Iskut-Eskay rift segment of the Stikine terrane, 23 km northwest of the past-producing Eskay Creek deposit. Property purchase agreement with Troy Minerals Inc. announced March 2025. 1% NSR retained by vendor.
