The Gathering Lake and Triangle Lake projects, collectively covering approximately 1,500 hectares, are located within the Georgia Lake Pegmatite Field in northern Ontario—an area host to several advanced lithium projects, including Rock Tech Lithium’s Georgia Lake Deposit and Imagine Lithium’s Jackpot Discovery.
The properties lie along a regional fault corridor containing numerous fractionated LCT (lithium-cesium-tantalum) pegmatites. Previous exploration has identified beryl and tantalum within mapped pegmatites, confirming the presence of a highly evolved LCT system with strong potential for spodumene mineralization.
Molten Metals acquired a 100% interest in the projects from Usha Resources Ltd., issuing 1,375,000 common shares and a cash payment of $5,000, and assumed a 2% net smelter return (NSR) royalty, half of which may be repurchased for $1,000,000.
These projects position the Company within one of Canada’s most active lithium exploration corridors, offering strong exposure to the critical minerals sector and the global energy transition.
